It's a Brand New Day!

I don't know how many mornings I've started out with this phrase.  My kids would probably say three million.  It is kind of a mantra.  A way to get past mistakes and start fresh.  This opportunity of a new beginning is the gift we receive each dawn and for this I am grateful.

So this New Day has me looking at my chosen occupation of realtor with fresh eyes.  I love selling property and being a part of someone's most important purchase.  That hasn't changed.  What has changed is the real estate climate.  It's hostile and more confusing than ever and full of misperceptions.  So the point of this blog is to create a place where we can all chat about the market, ask questions about the process and get some advice about maneuvering through my home town of Los Angeles, California.

So come on in.  Kick off your shoes - I'm guessing Manolo Blahniks if you're from the Westside, or Uggs if you call the beach home.  There's lots to talk about.
